Project overview:
It is an interdisciplinary project, integrating knowledge and values, which aims to assess and integrate the activities carried out by ISEC Lisboa in the Sustainable Development Objectives (SDOs), in the fields of research, teaching and social responsibility. The objectives of the project are: (i) To categorize best practices at ISEC Lisboa, in accordance with the SDOs they contribute to; (II) To raise the academic community’s awareness for the SDOs; (III) To integrate sustainability (SDOs) into the best practices developed at ISEC Lisboa; (IV) To present proposals of measures that contribute, at the strategic level, for the accomplishment of the SDOs; (v) To make a listing of best practices regarding the inclusion of the SDOs in the daily practices of other higher education institutions; (vi) To identify the people, departments and key-services that can contribute for the SDOs; (vii) To identify shared areas of interest and (internal and external) contribution opportunities; (viii) To identify strengths and weaknesses as a reference to build a business case for the commitment of ISEC Lisboa and the needs for future activities; (ix) To involve and to provide skills to professors, researchers, collaborators and students regarding the SDOs agenda.With this project, it is intended to live the SDOs at ISEC Lisboa, involving the entire academic
