O projeto visa apoiar a melhoria da carreira dos professores, explorando pr\u00e1ticas inovadoras de desenvolvimento profissional para promover e melhorar o bem-estar profissional dos professores. O projeto \u00e9 liderado pelos Minist\u00e9rios da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o da Litu\u00e2nia, Let\u00f3nia, Portugal e Eslov\u00e9nia, em coopera\u00e7\u00e3o com v\u00e1rias universidades e equipas de peritos em forma\u00e7\u00e3o de professores e bem-estar mental de 8 pa\u00edses: Litu\u00e2nia, Let\u00f3nia, Eslov\u00e9nia, Portugal, It\u00e1lia, Espanha, \u00c1ustria e Noruega. O stress e o esgotamento dos professores s\u00e3o preocupa\u00e7\u00f5es importantes em toda a Europa e no mundo, causando s\u00e9rios desafios \u00e0 sa\u00fade dos professores e aos sistemas escolares. Al\u00e9m disso, a crescente aten\u00e7\u00e3o dada \u00e0s compet\u00eancias sociais e emocionais em toda a Europa coloca novos desafios aos professores no que respeita \u00e0 manuten\u00e7\u00e3o do seu pr\u00f3prio bem-estar e \u00e0 efic\u00e1cia do ensino. A fim de fomentar o bem-estar profissional dos professores e promover pr\u00e1ticas que o apoiem, o projeto ir\u00e1 desenvolver e analisar um conjunto de medidas inovadoras de desenvolvimento profissional:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Um Curso Online sobre o Bem-Estar Profissional dos Professores, que ajudar\u00e1 a desenvolver as compet\u00eancias pr\u00e1ticas dos professores para manter o seu bem-estar atrav\u00e9s da aprendizagem auto-regulada;<\/li>\n<li>Um Guia de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o-A\u00e7\u00e3o Participativa (PAR) para Escolas, que ajudar\u00e1 as comunidades escolares a trabalhar em conjunto sobre quest\u00f5es escolares, a melhorar o bem-estar profissional e a desenvolver novas compet\u00eancias profissionais para professores e dirigentes escolares.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O projeto ir\u00e1 explorar como e em que medida estas pr\u00e1ticas afetam os indicadores de bem-estar dos professores e os fatores a n\u00edvel da escola. Ser\u00e1 realizada uma investiga\u00e7\u00e3o experimental de m\u00e9todos mistos, combinando um estudo de interven\u00e7\u00e3o quasi-experimental (QE) e um estudo qualitativo de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o-A\u00e7\u00e3o Participativa (PAR) nas escolas, em 8 pa\u00edses. As a\u00e7\u00f5es do projeto envolver\u00e3o professores, dirigentes escolares e outros membros da comunidade escolar.
